Look no further for a nice introduction to the Colorwash (American term) or Watercolour (British term) technique. You’ll collect or trade lots of pretty floral-print fabrics for the 2” squares, lay them out similar to a jigsaw puzzle fitting each into its perfect position, then sew them into this placemat-sized little quilt. Hopefully you’ll be inspired to make a larger Colorwash Quilt next! We also have kits available in several colorways.
